Today I speak with Josh Sprague, he’s a tech and gear guy that has spent years racing in Ultras, Gravel Races, Ironman, mountain bike races, adventure races and traveling all over the globe in search of adventure.

Along the way, he wasn’t satisfied with the hydration packs on offer. From his frustrations came innovation and he created Orange Mud to change the way endurance athletes looked at hydration.
